Business Intellectual Property definition

Business Intellectual Property means the Licensed Intellectual Property and the Owned Intellectual Property.
Business Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is currently owned by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries for the benefit of the Business or by any Business Subsidiary or used in the business of the Business or any Business Subsidiary or that is necessary to conduct the business of the Business or the Business Subsidiaries as presently conducted.
Business Intellectual Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.
