Business Rescue Practitioner definition

Business Rescue Practitioner or “BRP” means Myburgh duly appointed by the Company as business rescue practitioner and certified in terms of Section 138 of the Act by CIPC being a Senior Business Rescue Practitioner as defined in Regulation 126 to the Act;
Business Rescue Practitioner shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in section 128 of the Companies Act; 2.3.2.11 a “calendar month” shall be construed as a named month, i.e. January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December;
