Business Revenues definition

Business Revenues means, with respect to any one or more Borrower Group Companies or Business Units, as applicable, for any period (without duplication), all revenue received by or on behalf of the applicable Borrower Group Companies or Business Units during such period, interest paid in respect of any Collateral Accounts, proceeds from any business interruption insurance and any other receipts otherwise arising or derived from or paid or payable to the applicable Borrower Group Companies or Business Units under the Material Agreements or otherwise in respect of the Business of the applicable Borrower Group Companies or Business Units (including any extraordinary receipts).
Business Revenues means, for any period, the aggregate revenues directly attributable to the Business during such period derived in the ordinary course of business from sales by the Conveyed Entities or their Affiliates of the Business Products as of the Closing Date determined in accordance with GAAP, as consistently applied by Purchaser.
Business Revenues means the amount of revenue relating to the Licensed Activities reported in Virgin Media Inc.’s statement of operations contained in its Quarterly Report or its Annual Report, as appropriate;

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.
