Business Units definition

Business Units means insurance intermediary firms acquired by TUGL; “the Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (as amended);
Business Units means (i) Display Systems headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, (ii) Advanced Recorders headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, (iii) Conic headquartered in San Diego, California, (iv) Microcom headquartered in Warminster, Pennsylvania, (v) Telemetry & Instrumentation headquartered in San Diego, California, (vi) Randtron headquartered in Menlo Park, California, (vii) Microwave--▇▇▇▇▇ East headquartered in Hauppauge, New York (including the ▇▇▇▇▇ Semiconductor Products business in Lowell, Massachusetts), (viii) Microwave--▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ headquartered in Rancho Cordova, California, (ix) Hycor headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts, (x) Wideband Systems headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, (xi) Communications Systems headquartered in Camden, New Jersey, and (xii) the Airport Explosive Detection Business represented by the Grant from the Federal Aviation Administration held by Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Specialty Components, Inc.
Business Units means the Subsidiaries and its internal divisions (branches with specific purposes).

More Definitions of Business Units

Business Units means one or more of the businesses within Vertiv. YOU understand that Vertiv intends to keep the restrictions in this Agreement narrow by defining Business Units as a means of identifying the actual work YOU perform for the Company and potential competitive activity as it relates to YOUR employment and post-employment activities and not as a means of broadening such activity to Business Units for which YOU did not work.
Business Units means (i) the General Business Unit, (ii) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center Business Unit, (iii) the Playa Vista Business Unit and (iv) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Business Unit.
Business Units means any Erf or Unit zoned in terms of the Town Planning Scheme for commercial or business purposes or which is used for business purposes with the consent of the Local Authority;
Business Units means the following Subsidiaries constituting the Borrower’s principal business divisions: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Environment & Infrastructure Group Inc. and its Subsidiaries; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Government Services Inc. and its Subsidiaries; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International Limited and its Subsidiaries; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Transportation Group Inc. and its Subsidiaries; and any additional principal business divisions of the Borrower that may be created or acquired from time to time.
Business Units means one or more of the businesses within DaVita listed in Appendix A. Teammate understands that this list of Business Units may expand or contract during Teammate’s employment and is not meant to be all-inclusive or final. Teammate understands that DaVita intends to keep the restrictions in this Agreement narrow by defining the Business Units as a means of identifying the actual work Teammate performs for the Company and potential competitive activity as it relates to Teammate’s employment and post-employment activities and not as a means of broadening such activity to Business Units for which Teammate did not work.
Business Units means jointly the Headquarters, the Operating Units and the Valuables Transport Unit;
