Business Units definition

Business Units means (i) Display Systems headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, (ii) Advanced Recorders headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, (iii) Conic headquartered in San Diego, California, (iv) Microcom headquartered in Warminster, Pennsylvania, (v) Telemetry & Instrumentation headquartered in San Diego, California, (vi) Randtron headquartered in Menlo Park, California, (vii) Microwave--Xxxxx East headquartered in Hauppauge, New York (including the XXXXX Semiconductor Products business in Lowell, Massachusetts), (viii) Microwave--Xxxxx Xxxx headquartered in Rancho Cordova, California, (ix) Hycor headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts, (x) Wideband Systems headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, (xi) Communications Systems headquartered in Camden, New Jersey, and (xii) the Airport Explosive Detection Business represented by the Grant from the Federal Aviation Administration held by Lockheed Xxxxxx Specialty Components, Inc.
Business Units means any Erf or Unit zoned in terms of the Town Planning Scheme for commercial or business purposes or which is used for business purposes with the consent of the Local Authority;
Business Units means one or more of the businesses within Vertiv. YOU understand that Vertiv intends to keep the restrictions in this Agreement narrow by defining Business Units as a means of identifying the actual work YOU perform for the Company and potential competitive activity as it relates to YOUR employment and post-employment activities and not as a means of broadening such activity to Business Units for which YOU did not work.
