Business Users. Permit” means a parking permit issued in accordance with this Order and can be either of the Standard or Premium type. The Standard type allows the Permit Holder to leave their vehicle in either the on-street business parking places and long stay off-street parking places, as specified in the Schedules to and subject to the provisions of this Order. In addition to the parking places above a Premium Business Users’ Permit allows the use of short stay off-street parking places, subject to the provisions of this Order.

  • Business User means a Signing Officer, Delegate or Non-Signer.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP.
