Business Value definition

Business Value means the value of the Business as finally determined under the Valuation Process.

More Definitions of Business Value

Business Value means, with respect to any Unit, the value assigned to such Unit by the Lender in its reasonable discretion based upon, among other things, the results of the business valuation prepared for the Lender by Deloitte and Touche with respect to such Unit.
