Buyer Consents definition

Buyer Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.3.
Buyer Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.
Buyer Consents means the consents or notices set forth on Schedule 4.4.

  • Each of the Required Consents and the Buyer Consents must have been obtained and must be in full force and effect.
