No reference to or disclosure of any item or other matter in the Seller Disclosure Letter or the Buyer Disclosure Letter shall be construed as an admission or indication that such item or other matter is material or that such item or other matter is required to be referred to or disclosed in this Agreement.
Any disclosure set forth in the Seller Disclosure Letter or Buyer Disclosure Letter with respect to any Section of this Agreement shall be deemed to be disclosed for purposes of other Sections of this Agreement to the extent that such disclosure sets forth facts in sufficient detail so that the relevance of such disclosure would be reasonably apparent on its face to a reader of such disclosure.

The disclosure of any matter or item in any section of the Company Disclosure Letter or the Buyer Disclosure Letter shall not be deemed to constitute an acknowledgment that any such matter is required to be disclosed.
