Buyer Documents definition

Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Buyer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1. “Cash Payment” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Closing” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

Buyer Documents means those documents, agreements and instruments to be executed and delivered by Buyer in connection with this Agreement as described in Section 7.2.

Examples of Buyer Documents in a sentence

• The officers who execute this Agreement and the other Buyer Documents contemplated hereby on behalf of Buyer have and shall have all requisite power to do so in the name of and on behalf of Buyer.

• The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and of the other Buyer Documents, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, have been duly and validly authorized by all necessary actions of Buyer (none of which actions has been modified or rescinded and all of which actions are in full force and effect).

Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

Buyer Documents means this Agreement and all other agreements, instruments and certificates to be executed and delivered by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.
