Buyer Entity definition

Buyer Entity means, as designated by Buyer from time to time, Buyer or Buyer’s assignee, designee, nominee, servicer, or wholly owned subsidiary as permitted in accordance with the terms of the Repurchase Agreement.
Buyer Entity the Person directly or indirectly controlled by Buyer that assumes this Agreement pursuant to Section 13.8.

More Definitions of Buyer Entity

Buyer Entity means any of Buyer, an Affiliate of Buyer that is not an individual, a successor of ▇▇▇▇▇, or another Person designated by one of the foregoing.
