Buyer Group Member definition
Buyer Group Member means Buyer and its Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns.
Buyer Group Member means each of Buyer and its Affiliates and their directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective successors and assigns, and Company and its Subsidiaries (as constituted after the Closing).
