Buyer Indemnitee definition

Buyer Indemnitee has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

Buyer Indemnitee means Buyer, Buyer’s Affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees, agents, advisors, representatives, successors and assigns.

• The indemnity agreements contained herein shall be in addition to any cause of action or similar right of any Buyer Indemnitee against the Company or others, and any liabilities the Company may be subject to pursuant to law.

• Notwithstanding that a claim for Damages may fall into multiple categories of this Section 10.02, a Buyer Indemnitee may recover such Damages one time only.
