Buyer Information definition

Buyer Information means information disclosed by Buyer to Seller to support its performance under this Order.
Buyer Information means all information that Seller receives from Buyer or observes or obtains at a Buyer facility, including, but not limited to, information relating to: the Products or Services, facilities, products, machinery, capabilities, Intellectual Property, developments and plans of Buyer, its Affiliates and customers. Seller will not disclose to any third party or use for any purpose other than performing this Contract any Buyer Information, without Buyer’s written permission (except as required by law). Seller will hold all Buyer Information in trust for Xxxxx’s sole use and benefit. Seller will maintain the appropriate security safeguards reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing, using, disclosing, or otherwise committing any act that could breach or compromise the privacy, availability, integrity, or content of the Data. In addition, Seller will maintain the appropriate security safeguards reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing, using, disclosing, or otherwise committing any act that could breach or compromise the privacy, availability, integrity, or content of Seller’s own data systems related to the design, production, testing or information for the Products. Seller will inform Xxxxx of any loss of Personal Information within 72 hours of discovery. Buyer Information does not include any information that is publicly known other than through disclosure by or through Seller.
Buyer Information has the meaning set forth in Section 13.3(b).

More Definitions of Buyer Information

Buyer Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

Such program shall include security safeguards reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing, using, disclosing, or otherwise committing any act that could breach or compromise the privacy, availability, integrity, or content of Seller’s own data systems related to the design, production, testing or information for the Products. In the event of any unauthorized access to or loss of Buyer Information or if there are indications that upon reasonable assessment should justify Seller’s suspicion of such incident, Seller will (1) immediately implement corrective actions, and (2) inform Xxxxx within 24 hours of discovery. Buyer Information does not include any information that is publicly known other than through disclosure by or through Seller. Supplier must, at its expense, demonstrate compliance with this section through a third-party audit or other method, at Xxxxx’s discretion.
