Buyer SEC Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
Buyer SEC Reports means all reports, statements (including registration and proxy statements), schedules, forms, certifications or other document (including exhibits and all other information incorporated therein) filed by Buyer with the SEC and accessible on the SEC’s website at w▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
