Examples of Buyer Warranties in a sentence
Each of the Buyer Warranties is to be construed independently of the others and is not limited by reference to any other Buyer Warranty.
Buyer Warranties means the warranties and undertakings set out in Schedule 4.
The Warranties, Buyer Warranties, undertakings and indemnities in this agreement will not merge on Completion.
If Seller first learns of the breach prior to Closing, Seller’s remedies shall be governed solely and exclusively by Section 8.1.
