Buyer’s Representatives definition

Buyer’s Representatives means Buyer, any direct or indirect owner of any beneficial interest in Buyer, and any officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and attorneys of Buyer or any such direct or indirect owner of any beneficial interest in Buyer.

Buyer’s Representatives means Buyer’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other Representatives.

Buyer’s Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

• Buyer shall cause each of Buyer’s Representatives to be aware of the terms of this Agreement as it relates to the conduct of Buyer’s Due Diligence and the obligations of such parties hereunder.

More Definitions of Buyer’s Representatives

Buyer’s Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a).
