Buyer’s Responsibility. The buyer has 7 (seven) days after pick-up/delivery of pup to obtain a health exam from a veterinarian of the buyer’s choice; at their own expense. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy at that check, the buyer must notify the seller of same within 5 days, and provide a written statement from the attending veterinarian detailing the specifics of the noted health problem no later than 7 days after the veterinary diagnosis is made. The buyer agrees to provide written proof to the breeder that the puppy has been spayed or neutered by the age of two years if purchased on a limited contract. If such proof is not provided, a penalty of $500 is due to the breeder at the pup’s 25 month birth date. The buyer agrees to obtain all routine and emergency medical care for the pup/dog in a timely manner including, but not limited to, vaccinations at 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 1 year, and annually thereafter. The buyer agrees to provide a premium food appropriate for mid-sized breeds, and keep the pup in appropriate conditions during growth. The buyer further agrees to provide appropriate socialization and/or training for the life of the dog. The buyer understands that the Labradoodle is not a breed recognized by the American Kennel Club. A multigenerational Labradoodle is the offspring of two F1B Labradoodles, which are ¾ Standard Poodle and ¼ Labrador Retriever. Thus, the multigenerational Labradoodle is also ¾ Standard Poodle and ¼ Labrador Retriever. Although multigenerational dogs tend to carry the traits and temperament of their parents, there is variation regarding color, hair type, ear shape, size, and so on. The Buyer Specifically Warrants:
