Buying Member definition
Buying Member means a Clearing Member which is party to an EquityClear Contract as buyer.
Buying Member means a Member who has undertaken to purchase security, and/or foreign currency/ Derivatives for a consideration.
Buying Member means the Clearing Member who Qualifies the Buyer’s positions on a Contract;

Buying Member means a Member who undertakes to purchase security (including under Repo/ Triparty Repo), Derivatives and/ or foreign currency for a consideration.
Buying Member means an ICM or GCM (whether or not a relevant Trading Platform Member acting on behalf of an NCM or in its own name) which was, in respect of a Trading Platform Transaction, the buyer of a Trading Platform Product;
