The AMU intends to meet requirements to achieve accreditation. Failure to participate in good faith or falsification of any information provided to the CABC will be grounds for denial of accreditation status, suspension, revocation or dismissal from the accreditation process. • AMU RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO SENTINEL EVENT AND COMPLAINT REVIEWS: Upon signing this Agreement and beginning the accreditation process, the AMU agrees to report all sentinel events occurring after this Agreement is signed in accordance with CABC’s Quality Alert Trigger List. The AMU agrees to cooperate and participate in good faith in all sentinel event and complaint reviews conducted by CABC. Failure to do so or withholding requested information needed for the review may result in termination of the accreditation process or suspension/revocation of accreditation.

Related to CABC ACCREDITATION

  • Accreditation means accreditation as defined in point 10 of Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008;

  • Accreditation body means an entity that has been approved by FDA to accredit mammography facilities.

In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Insurance holding company system means a group of two or more affiliated persons, at least one of whom is an insurer.

  • Primary care physician means a physician who is a family

  • Authorizations means all licenses, permits and approvals required by any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, body or officer for the ownership, operation and use of the Property or any part thereof.

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.

  • Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.

  • Hospital pharmacy means a pharmacy providing pharmaceutical care to

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.

  • Nursing home-type patients means a patient who has been in hospital more than 35 days, no longer requires acute hospital care, cannot live independently at home or be looked after at home, and either cannot be placed in a nursing home or a nursing home place is not available.

  • Health Care Authority or “HCA” means the Washington State Health Care Authority, any division, section, office, unit or other entity of HCA, or any of the officers or other officials lawfully representing HCA.
