Calculation Agent means the Calculation Agent as specified in § 2 (2) of the General Conditions.

Calculation Agent means the Person that has entered into the Calculation Agent Agreement with the Company providing for, among other things, the determination of the Final Underlier Level and the Cash Settlement Amount, which term shall, unless the context otherwise requires, include its successors under such Calculation Agent Agreement.
