California Permit definition

California Permit has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.14.

California Permit has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a).

California Permit means a permit from the California Commission of Corporations obtained pursuant to Section 25121 of the California Corporate Securities Law of 1968.

• The Company shall cooperate with, and provide information to, Parent in connection with Parent's application for the California Permit.

• The fairness hearing shall have been held by the Commissioner of Corporations of the State of California and the California Permit shall have been issued by the State of California.

California Permit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).

California Permit means a Permit to be issued by the California Department of Corporations pursuant to Section 25113 of the California Corporate Securities Law of 1968, as amended, and qualifying without any restrictions or conditions the issuance and sale by the Company to the Purchaser of the Securities and the Warrant Shares.
