California Permit definition

California Permit has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.14.
California Permit means a permit from the California Commission of Corporations obtained pursuant to Section 25121 of the California Corporate Securities Law of 1968.
California Permit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b).
