Call Notice Date definition

Call Notice Date means any Business Day on which the Company gives a Call Notice.

Call Notice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 7.09(a).

Call Notice Date means the date on which the Call Notice is given by the Issuer to the Securityholders in accordance with General Condition §16.
