DUE DILIGENCE The Supplier acknowledges that it: has made and shall make its own enquiries to satisfy itself as to the accuracy and adequacy of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of the Customer; has raised all relevant due diligence questions with the Customer before the Call Off Commencement Date; and has entered into this Call Off Contract in reliance on its own due diligence alone.
Completed templates for the Supplier and each Sub-Contractor will be submitted by the Supplier with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Call Off Commencement Date and annually thereafter.
The Supplier shall provide a copy of their Diversity and Equality Policy in accordance with paragraphs 4.5 and 4.6 (and sub paragraphs) of this Call Off Schedule, within six (6) Months of the Call Off Commencement Date, and on any revision within the Call Off Contract Period thereafter.
