Call Off Commencement Date definition

Call Off Commencement Date means the date of commencement of this Call Off Contract set out in the Call Off Order Form;

• Where Standards referenced conflict with each other or with best professional or industry practice adopted after the Call Off Commencement Date, then the later Standard or best practice shall be adopted by the Supplier.

• Each Party shall appoint a person for the purposes of managing the Parties' respective obligations under this Call Off Schedule 9 and provide written notification of such appointment to the other Party within three (3) months of the Call Off Commencement Date.

• If the initial Customer Representative is not specified in the Call Off Order Form, the Customer shall notify the Supplier of the identity of the initial Customer Representative within five (5) Working Days of the Call Off Commencement Date.
