Call Redemption Amount definition

Call Redemption Amount per Note means the higher of (a) the principal amount per Note and (b) the Make-Whole Amount per Note. The “Make-Whole Amount” will be an amount calculated by the Paying Agent on the Redemption Calculation Date by discounting the principal amount and the remaining interest payments to the Maturity Date on an annual basis, assuming a 365-day year or a 366-day year, as the case may be, and the actual number of days elapsed in such year and using the Bund Rate plus 65 basis points.
Call Redemption Amount means, with respect to each Note of a Series of Notes that is the subject of an Issuer Call Redemption, the sum of (i) the Principal Amount of such Note as of the Call Redemption Date together with any accrued but unpaid interest as of (but excluding) the Call Redemption Date, and (ii) the Call Redemption Premium calculated with respect to such Note
Call Redemption Amount means EUR 101,000 per Specified Denomination.
