Call Reports definition

Call Reports mean Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income (FFIEC Form 041) or any successor form of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council of Seller Bank or Buyer Bank.
Call Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(b).
Call Reports means the quarterly reports of income and condition filed by the Bank with Regulatory Authorities.

  • The general formula that may be used for computing the amount of interest expense that is subject to a 100 percent loss of deductibility is as follows: For the March 31, June 30, and September 30 Call Reports, the amount reported in Memorandum item 1 should not be an estimate of the amount of interest expense that will not be deductible for the entire calendar year.
