Campbell Security definition

Campbell Security means a general security agreement dated as xx 00 November 2000, substantially in the form of Schedule C, made by Campbell & Partners Communications Inc. in favour of Maxxcom crxxxxxx security interests in all of the present and future undertaking, property and assets of Campbell & Partners Communications Inc. and securing axxxxxx xwing by Campbell & Partners Communications Inc. to Maxxcom undxx xxx Xampbell Note.

  • Indexed Security means a Security the terms of which provide that the principal amount thereof payable at Stated Maturity may be more or less than the principal face amount thereof at original issuance.

  • Quasi-Security means an arrangement or transaction described in paragraph (b) below.

  • Global Capital Security means a Capital Securities Certificate evidencing ownership of Book-Entry Capital Securities.

  • Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.

  • Permanent Offshore Global Note means an Offshore Global Note that does not bear the Temporary Offshore Global Note Legend.

  • Security means a mortgage, charge, pledge, lien or other security interest securing any obligation of any person or any other agreement or arrangement having a similar effect.

  • 144A Global Note means a Global Note substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto bearing the Global Note Legend and the Private Placement Legend and deposited with or on behalf of, and registered in the name of, the Depositary or its nominee that will be issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes sold in reliance on Rule 144A.

  • U.S. Global Note means a Global Note that bears the Restricted Legend representing Notes issued and sold pursuant to Rule 144A.
