Canadian Purchaser shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Canadian Purchaser means a Purchaser that is resident in or otherwise subject to the securities laws of a jurisdiction of Canada.

Canadian Purchaser means Mastech Canada. Canadian Revolving Borrowers means, singularly or collectively as the context may require, Mastech Canada and each other Person which joins this Agreement as a Canadian Revolving Borrower after the date hereof pursuant to Section 12.15 [Joinder].
