Canadian Subsidiaries definition

Canadian Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries organized under the laws of Canada or any province, territory or other political subdivision thereof.
Canadian Subsidiaries means Canadian Borrower (as the context may require) and any Subsidiary incorporated, organized or otherwise formed under the laws of Canada or any province or territory thereof.
Canadian Subsidiaries means each of Ameresco Canada, Ameresco Quebec, Inc. and any other subsidiary of the Borrower organized under the laws of Canada or any jurisdiction within Canada other than Non-Core Energy Subsidiaries.

  • Permit any Loan Party to (a) amend, modify, waive or change its Organization Documents in a manner materially adverse to the Lenders, or (b) create, acquire or permit to exist or permit or cause any of their Subsidiaries to create, acquire or permit to exist, any Foreign Subsidiaries (other than Canadian Subsidiaries).
