Canadian Swingline Sublimit definition

Canadian Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $5,000,000 and (b) the Canadian Total Commitments. The Canadian Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Canadian Total Commitments.
Canadian Swingline Sublimit has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(c).
Canadian Swingline Sublimit has the meaning assigned to such term as Section 2.03(a).

  • In connection with any Reallocation, the Borrower Representative may reallocate (x) any portion of the U.S. Letter of Credit Sublimit to the Canadian Letter of Credit Sublimit and vice-versa and (y) any portion of the U.S. Swingline Sublimit to the Canadian Swingline Sublimit and vice-versa.

  • Within the limits of the Canadian Swingline Sublimit, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, the Parent Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.01(g), prepay under Section 2.04, and reborrow under this Section 2.01(g).

  • Except as provided above, the amount of any such Revolving Credit Commitment reduction shall not be applied to the US LC Sublimit, the Canadian LC Sublimit, the US Swingline Sublimit or the Canadian Swingline Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrowers.
