Cancellation Charge definition

Cancellation Charge has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 5.1 of Part 2; "Core Operational Period" in relation to any part of the Network, means the period of the day when that part is generally open to train movements;
Cancellation Charge means the cancellation charge which may be made by the Company in accordance with the provisions of these conditions, being 20% of the cost of the relevant Plan (or such lesser sum which the Company may from time to time specify).
Cancellation Charge means the cancellation charges that are charged by a Carrier to SCC for cancelling an Order or Contract prior to a date notified to Customer as a “service commencement date” or proposed Activation Date;

Examples of Cancellation Charge in a sentence

  • You may have to pay a Cancellation Charge, totalling the rest of the Monthly Charges for the remainder of the Minimum Term, less 4%.

  • However (except as set out in point 7.2.3) if, in our total discretion, We accept notice from You to terminate this Agreement within the Minimum Term, You will have to pay Us a Cancellation Charge.

  • We will also be entitled to terminate this Agreement and You may have to pay a Cancellation Charge.

  • If You do this You won’t have to pay any Cancellation Charge that would otherwise apply, see point 7.2.3.2.

  • You can terminate this Agreement without having to pay Us a Cancellation Charge after the Minimum Term has ended.


More Definitions of Cancellation Charge

Cancellation Charge has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 5.1 of Part 2;
Cancellation Charge means a charge applied to your account (a) when we terminate the Agreement for breach of the Agreement by you; or (b) when you terminate the Agreement prior to the end of the Minimum Term in certain circumstances;
