Cancellation Request means a request by the resident to cancel a residence application and/or terminate this Agreement to be made to VIU with the VIU Student Residence Cancellation/Withdrawal Request Form prescribed by VIU;

  • If no Optional Conversion Date is specified in a Notice of Conversion, the Optional Conversion Date shall be the date that such Notice of Conversion and Cancellation Request are deemed delivered to the Company in accordance with Section 9.
