Cannabis facility definition

Cannabis facility means collectively any cannabis cultivation facility, dispensary, distribution, testing laboratories or manufacturing facility, as those terms are defined in this Chapter.

Cannabis facility means a business and/or structure or location where, or from where, retailing, distributing, processing, testing, manufacturing or delivering cannabis for either medical or adult use is operating.

Cannabis facility means a cannabis business facility permitted under this chapter where commercial cannabis activity occurs and cannabis is manufactured into cannabis products, tested, and distributed, and may also include the associated activities of planting, growing, harvesting, trimming, and grading, and transporting, as further defined in Sec. 21.5.04 above, but does not include storefront dispensaries, delivery only dispensaries, or cannabis microbusinesses.

More Definitions of Cannabis facility

Cannabis facility means a development used principally for one or more of the following activities relating to medicinal or recreational cannabis:

Cannabis facility means any physical facility located on the Reservation that engages in any Cannabis Related Business Activities within the Reservation but excluding any physical facility at which no Cannabis or Cannabis Product is located.

Cannabis facility means an indoor Premises on which Cannabis, Cannabis seed or Cannabis oil is grown, processed, extracted, packaged or otherwise made ready for sale, tested, destroyed, stored and/or shipped in accordance with the provisions of a license issued by Health Canada, as may be amended from time to time, but shall not mean a Cannabis retail outlet operated by the Province of Ontario, Cannabis Lounge or Cannabis Retailer, and does not include any Property which is not licensed by Health Canada and on which Cannabis is grown exclusively for legal use by the registered owner of the Property.

Cannabis facility. - means a business where the primary use includes the growing, processing, producing, testing, destroying, storing, or distribution of cannabis. Recreational and medical production can occur on the same site that is authorized by Provincial and/or Federal legislation. This is deemed a Cannabis related use.

Cannabis facility as used in this chapter shall mean any building, structure or area of land used for the Cannabis Activity.
