Cannabis License definition

Cannabis License means any temporary, provisional or permanent permit, license, registration, variance, clearance, consent, commission, franchise, exemption, order, authorization, or approval from any Governmental Authority that regulates the cultivation, manufacture, processing, marketing, sale or distribution of cannabis products, whether for medical or recreational use, including but not limited to the annual cannabis license issued by the State of California (including by the Bureau of Cannabis Control, the California Department of Food and Agriculture or the California Department of Public Health, as applicable).
Cannabis License means a Permit issued by any Governmental Authority pursuant to applicable Cannabis Laws, including, without limitation, those issued to any Credit Party as set forth on Schedule 1.1(a).
Cannabis License means a state license issued pursuant to MAUCRSA.

Examples of Cannabis License in a sentence

  • The following State License types, as defined by California Business and Professions Code Section 26061, will be permitted in the unincorporated County, subject to issuance of a Commercial Cannabis License: Type 1B – Cultivation, Specialty Mixed-Light, Small; Type 2B – Cultivation, Specialty Mixed-Light, Small; Type 3B – Cultivation, Mixed-Light, Medium; and Type 4 – Cultivation, Nursery.

  • The applicant has not had a Commercial Cannabis License or Cannabis Industry License denied or revoked for cause by this City or any other city in the state of California within the last five (5) years prior to the date of the application.

  • The applicant has not had a Commercial Cannabis License or Cannabis Retail License denied or revoked for cause by this City or any other city in the state of California within the last five (5) years prior to the date of the application.

  • Promptly and in any event within five (5) days after execution, receipt or delivery thereof, copies of any material notices that any Loan Party executes or receives in connection with the sale or other Disposition of the Equity Interests of, or all or substantially all of the assets of, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary that holds a Cannabis License.

  • County Licensing Application – The applicant shall submit a copy of all information required by/submitted to the County for a Cannabis License and County Business License, if applicable.


More Definitions of Cannabis License

Cannabis License means (a) each license specified on Schedule 1.1, (b) any license acquired after the Closing Date by any Loan Party or Subsidiary thereof permitting such Loan Party or such Subsidiary to cultivate, produce, warehouse, store, transport, modify, distribute or sell cannabis or THC-infused products to medical or recreational purchasers in any jurisdiction, including in Canada, the United States or any province or state thereof, or (c) any authorization, permit or licence otherwise required by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof to operate the Core Business.

Cannabis License means any temporary, provisional, or permanent permit, license, or authorization from or registration with any Governmental Entity that regulates the cultivation, harvesting, production, processing, marketing, distribution, sale, possession, or transfer of cannabis, marijuana, or related substances or products containing cannabis, marijuana, or related substances, whether for medical or recreational use.
