Cannabis Licenses definition

Cannabis Licenses means (i) the operational medicinal and adult-use retailer licenses granted to the Companies by the California Bureau of Cannabis Control and Department of Public Health, and (ii) each other Permit issued to Companies by any Governmental Authority in connection therewith.
Cannabis Licenses means all Authorizations, consents, exemptions, licenses, grants, permits, franchises, rights and privileges related to cannabis and issued by Health Canada or other Governmental Authorities, including permissions, licenses, permits and Authorizations to plant, grow, cultivate, extract, produce, process, store, destroy, sell, provide, ship, deliver, transport, import, export and/or distribute cannabis under applicable Law.
Cannabis Licenses means the three licenses received from Health Canada under (or as migrated to, as applicable) the Cannabis Act: (i) a Cultivation License; (ii) a Standard Processing License; and (iii) a Sale for Medical Purposes License, each of which have been forfeited by the Corporation.

More Definitions of Cannabis Licenses

Cannabis Licenses means the local and state licenses, permits, and any other authorizations required for Licensee to conduct the Commercial Cannabis Activity on the Licensed Premises.
Cannabis Licenses means, collectively, all of the licenses, permits, certificates, permissions or agreements granted by a governmental department, branch or agency, foreign or domestic, in favour of the Company, which authorize and permit the Company to carry on the Business, to cultivate and process cannabis and cannabis products, and to sell cannabis and cannabis products to the public.
Cannabis Licenses means the Cultivation License, the Manufacturing License, the Medical License and the Retail Licenses.
Cannabis Licenses means the licenses of the Company, its Subsidiaries and Partnerships listed on Schedule B, as applicable;
Cannabis Licenses means the material documents and correspondence relating to the licenses issued pursuant to the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations, the Narcotic Control Regulations and/or the Cannabis Act, as applicable, to the Company, its Subsidiaries and Partnerships as listed on Schedule 8.
Cannabis Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.08(b). “Cap” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.04(b).
Cannabis Licenses means collectively the Health Canada Licenses and the EU-GMP License.
