Cap Amount definition

Cap Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.10.

Cap Amount means 1.00 percent.
Cap Amount. The Cap Amount for the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class B Certificates is equal to (i) the aggregate amount received by the Trust from the Cap Contract multiplied by (ii) a fraction equal to (a) the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class immediately prior to the applicable Distribution Date divided by (b) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class B Certificates immediately prior to the applicable Distribution Date.
