Capacity Charges definition

Capacity Charges means the capacity component of the applicable Tariff;
Capacity Charges means charges for facilities in existence at the time the charge is imposed or charges for new facilities to be constructed in the future which are of benefit to the person or property being charged.
Capacity Charges means Entry Capacity Charges or Exit Capacity Charges or both;

Examples of Capacity Charges in a sentence

  • Such suspension shall not excuse the Customer from his/her obligation to pay Capacity Charges.

  • Seller shall also include copies of certain portion(s) of the settlement reports the Seller receives from the ISO that specifically relate to Xxxxx’s Capacity Charges.

  • Seller shall submit the Calculation to the Buyer on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month during the Term; provided, however, that with respect to the Capacity Charges, Seller shall calculate and submit that portion of the Calculation on or before the later of (i) the tenth (10th) day of each month during the Term, and (ii) two (2) Business Days after Seller’s receipt from the ISO of the applicable settlement reports related to Capacity Charges (“ISO Capacity Settlement Report(s)”) for such month.


More Definitions of Capacity Charges

Capacity Charges means any current or future ISO capacity charges or credits associated with providing Requirements as set forth in the Confirmation for the applicable Transaction as applicable to a month or period in the Delivery Term.
