Capacity Payment definition

Capacity Payment means a payment to a capacity provider under these Regulations for its commitment to meet a capacity obligation during a delivery year;

Capacity Payment means the payment defined in Section 9.2 and Appendix A.

Capacity Payment means the monthly payment for Contract Capacity that Department makes to Seller as such payment is calculated pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

• As further described in Exhibit D, if the Generating Facility elects to provide Firm Contract Capacity, then the Generating Facility must have a minimum Firm Contract Capacity performance requirement of 95% to earn the Maximum Firm Capacity Payment and a minimum Capacity Performance Requirement of 60% to earn any portion of the Maximum Firm Capacity Payment.

• As further described in Exhibit D, the Generating Facility must provide the Project NQC as issued by the CAISO for compliance with Resource Adequacy Obligations to be eligible for any RA Capacity Payment.

More Definitions of Capacity Payment

Capacity Payment means the Monthly Capacity Payments and the Minimum Monthly Capacity Payments payable in accordance with Section 5.1.

Capacity Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement.

Capacity Payment means the price payable by the Buyer to the Seller for Capacity, expressed in $/kW, for a certain period during the term of the Definitive Agreement less any adjustments based on the Actual Capacity Availability of the generating unit.
