Capacity Payments definition

Capacity Payments means the monthly payments to be paid by CL&P to AER as defined in Appendix B.
Capacity Payments has the meaning given to it in the Power Purchase Agreement; "Capacity Test" has the meaning given to it in the Power Purchase Agreement; "Change in Law" means:

More Definitions of Capacity Payments

Capacity Payments means the cash payments in Dollars that the PTTs are obligated to make to the Borrower pursuant to Capacity Sales Agreements.
