Capacity Rate definition

Capacity Rate means the rate, expressed in $/kW-year, payable by Buyer to Seller for the contractually-stipulated capacity for a defined period during the Delivery Term, as more particularly described in Section 2.2.2 of the Main Body and Appendices B-1 and B-2 to this RFP.
Capacity Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2
Capacity Rate means the rate that the Authority calculates by dividing the estimated Demand Related Revenue Requirements by the product of the number of months in the Contract Year times the total aggregate sum of the Average Monthly Xxxxxx Capacity Entitlement of all the Customers, as set forth in Section 8(b).

Capacity Rate means the rate, expressed in $/kW, payable by Buyer to Seller for Dependable Capacity for a defined period during the Delivery Term.
