CapEx Budget definition

CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Capital Expenditures consisting of discretionary expenditures made to acquire fee or easement interests with respect to any Ground Leased Property, or non-recurring expenditures made to enhance the Operating Revenues of a Property.
CapEx Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a).
CapEx Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a)(xiii).

  • Immediately prior to and after giving effect to any Borrowing (and the application of the proceeds therefrom), each Credit Party shall be in compliance with all the terms and provisions set forth herein and in each other Credit Document on its part to be observed or performed, including, without limitation, the CapEx Budget.

CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Discretionary Capital Expenditures.
