Capex Limit definition

Capex Limit has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.1.
Capex Limit has the meaning set forth in ‎Section 6.02(b).
Capex Limit means $38,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999 and $20,000,000 for each fiscal year thereafter.

  • The Capex Limit in respect of any fiscal year commencing with the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2004, shall be increased (but not decreased) by the amount of unused permitted Capital Expenditures for the immediately preceding fiscal year (such amount, the “Capex Carryforward”); provided, however, that in no event shall the Capex Limit for any fiscal year be increased by more than $50,000,000.

More Definitions of Capex Limit

Capex Limit means, for any fiscal year, the Capex Base Allowance for such fiscal year plus any Capex Carryover Amount for such fiscal year plus any Capex Pullback Amount for such fiscal year.
