Capital Amount definition

Capital Amount means, (i) as of November 20, 2011 and with respect to each Equity Unit and General Partner Unit Outstanding as of November 20, 2011, $1.00 and (ii) with respect to each Preferred Unit means the issue price therefore; provided, however, that the Capital Amount with respect to each Unit and General Partner Unit shall hereafter be adjusted as provided in Section 3.4.3;
Capital Amount means $50 per unit of Designated Preferred.
Capital Amount means $1,000 per unit of Designated Preferred.

More Definitions of Capital Amount

Capital Amount means, as of the date hereof and with respect to each Unit and General Partner Unit Outstanding as of the date hereof, $1.00; provided, however, that the Capital Amount with respect to each Unit and General Partner Unit shall hereafter be adjusted as provided in Section 3.4.3;
