Capital Base definition

Capital Base means, at any date, the sum of Tangible Net Worth and Subordinated Debt.
Capital Base means capital as specified by the central bank from time to time;

Capital Base means equity capital raised by a certified Montana capital company or by a certified Montana small business investment capital company for which tax credits were claimed under this chapter.
