Capital Call Facility definition

Capital Call Facility means any debt facility of the Borrower secured to the extent permitted under Section 6.02(i), including the facility established by the Credit Agreement, dated December 31, 2019, by and among the Borrower, the various financial institutions from time to time party thereto as lenders and CIBC Bank USA, as the administrative agent for the lenders and arranger (or any amendment, extension, renewal or replacement thereof secured to the extent permitted under Section 6.02(i)).
Capital Call Facility means any limited recourse debt facility of the Borrower secured solely by the capital commitments of the equity holders thereof and assets related thereto (and not secured by any Portfolio Investments, Cash or other property, in each case that constitute Collateral hereunder or are included in the Borrowing Base hereunder), including the facility established by the Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement between the Borrower, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as administrative agent, and the lenders named therein (or any extension, renewal or replacement thereof), existing on the date hereof or as amended or amended and restated from time to time.
Capital Call Facility means any debt facility of the Borrower secured to the extent permitted under Section 6.02(h), including the facility established by the Credit Agreement, dated September 1, 2022, by and among the Borrower, any other borrower becoming party thereto, each guarantor party thereto, each “General Partnerfrom time to time party thereto, the various financial institutions from time to time party thereto as lenders and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association as the administrative agent for the secured parties, letter of credit issuer and lead arranger (or any amendment, extension, renewal or replacement thereof secured to the extent permitted under Section 6.02(h)).

Examples of Capital Call Facility in a sentence

  • For avoidance of doubt, there shall be no restriction on payment or prepayment of any Capital Call Facility from amounts that do not constitute Collateral.
