Capital Expenditure Reserve definition

Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).
Capital Expenditure Reserve means, as of any Calculation Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the gross leasable area (in square feet) contained in each Unencumbered Asset measured as of the last day of each of the immediately preceding four (4) calendar quarters and averaged, multiplied by (ii) $0.15. When the Capital Expenditure Reserve is used in computing an amount with respect to a period which is shorter than a year, said amount shall be appropriately pro rated.
