Capital Fees definition

Capital Fees generally means all fees, rates, tolls, penalties and charges of a capital nature (excluding periodic, recurring service charges imposed by the District). The operations and maintenance fees currently imposed by the District are not considered to be Capital Fees and are not included as pledged revenue.
Capital Fees means all fees, rates, tolls, penalties, and charges of a capital nature (excluding periodic, recurring service charges) imposed by a Taxing District for services, programs, or facilities furnished by a Taxing District. Capital Fees do not include Excluded Fees or any fee imposed solely for the purpose of funding operation and maintenance expenses. Currently none of the Taxing Districts impose a Capital Fee and none expect to do so.
Capital Fees means fees of 0.3 per cent per annum deducted from the Asset Shares of Pre-SW Scheme Transferred With Profits Policies which are Conventional With Profits Policies, other than annuities in payment under Pensionplanner Contracts, where the fees shall be nil;

More Definitions of Capital Fees

Capital Fees means those fees payable pursuant to clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3;
Capital Fees means all fees, rates, tolls penalties, and charges of a capital nature (excluding periodic, recurring service charges now or hereafter imposed by the District, including the Facility Fees. The District imposes Facility Fees in the amount of $1,000 for each single-family detached or attached residential unit within the District. The Facility Fees are payable at the time a building permit is issued by the County for a residential unit.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Capital Fees does not include any fee imposed by a Taxing District solely for the purpose of funding operation and maintenance expenses.
