Capital Member definition

Capital Member means any Member holding Company Interests with respect to which Capital Contributions have been, or have been deemed to have been, previously made.
Capital Member means each Member that shall have made Capital Contributions to the Company.
Capital Member means Quantum.

More Definitions of Capital Member

Capital Member means any Class A Member and any Class B Member.
Capital Member shall refer severally to any person named as a Capital -------------- Member in this Agreement and any person who becomes an additional, substitute or replacement Capital Member as permitted by this Agreement, in such person's capacity as a Capital Member of the LLC.
