Capital Percentage definition

Capital Percentage means, with respect to the interest of a Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries in another Person, the percentage interest of such Person based on the aggregate amount of net capital contributed by such Borrower or such Subsidiary in such Person at the time of determination relative to all capital contributions made in such Person at such time of determination.

Capital Percentage means a percentage established for each Member as of each Expense Allocation Date. The Capital Percentage of a Member on an Expense Allocation Date shall be determined by dividing the amount of capital contributed to the Fund by the Member pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof by the sum of the capital contributed to the Fund by each Member pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof on or prior to such Expense Allocation Date. The sum of the Capital Percentages of all Members on each Expense Allocation Date shall equal 100%.

Capital Percentage means, as to any Partner as of the date of determination, a fraction (expressed as a percentage), the numerator of which is the Capital Account balance of such Partner as of such date, and the denominator of which is the total Capital Account balances of all Partners as of such date.

• Meetings of the Members, for any purpose or purposes, unless otherwise prescribed by statute, may be called by any Member or group of Members holding, in the aggregate, 25% or more of the Capital Percentage.
