Capital Requirement definition

Capital Requirement means the higher of the Solvency Requirement and the minimum capital requirement, see section 127 of the Danish Financial Business Act.
Capital Requirement means the minimum amount of regulatory capital (however described) each Regulated Entity is required to maintain pursuant to any applicable law, licensing condition or regulation (including, without limitation, pursuant to or in connection with the Isle of Man Financial Services Rule Book 2016, the Payment Services Regulations 2009, the Payment Services Regulations 2017, the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act and/or the Mauritius Financial Services Act 2007), as amended and/or replaced from time to time, or the views, guidance or interpretation of any Relevant Regulator.
Capital Requirement has the meaning given to that term in the Senior Facilities Agreement.

Examples of Capital Requirement in a sentence

  • At any time after the delivery to the Limited Partner of such an Additional Capital Requirement Notice, the Partners, in proportion to their Percentage Interests, shall make an additional Capital Contribution to the Partnership up to the amount stated in such notice.

  • Promptly upon receipt of an Additional Capital Requirement Notice, a Member shall make such additional capital contribution.

  • Borrower will at all times maintain working capital of at least the amount set forth in Section 8(c) of Schedule A as the Minimum Working Capital Requirement.
