Capitalization Funds definition

Capitalization Funds means the funds to be provided to the CCRIF SPC to support its capitalization in accordance with Part 1(e) and Part 2(e) of the Recipient-executed activities in Paragraph 3.2 of Annex 1.”

  • Uninvested Cash cash available and uninvested by a Trust that may result from a variety of sources, including dividends or interest received on portfolio securities, unsettled securities transactions, strategic reserves, matured investments, proceeds from liquidation of investment securities, dividend payments, or new investor capital.

  • Annual Balanced Budget means that, in each Funding Year of the term of this Agreement, the total revenues of the HSP are greater than or equal to the total expenses, from all sources, of the HSP;

  • Consolidated Total Capitalization means at any time the sum of Consolidated Indebtedness and Consolidated Net Worth, each calculated at such time.

  • Performing Cash Pay Mezzanine Investments means Mezzanine Investments (a) as to which, at the time of determination, not less than 2/3rds of the interest (including accretions and “pay-in-kind” interest) for the current monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual period (as applicable) is payable in cash and (b) which are Performing.

  • PIPE Investment Amount means the aggregate gross purchase price received by Acquiror prior to or substantially concurrently with Closing for the shares in the PIPE Investment.
